MicroSolar System


EzQuik™ ground mounting system is designed by local engineer. It is consist of two part, the upper part inherits advantages of EzQuik™ roofing system but has more flexural stiffness and the fundamental part (bottom part) is a special design which fully compliant with Australia building code and approved by authorized engineer.

To simplify the installation process, improve its efficiency and reduce its cost, at the same time of the system design, MSS had also designed a special installation solution with related tools. The system is suitable for small and medium projects to use.

Ground foot (GPSF)


Use GPSF footing requires installation site has a certain thickness of concrete foundation and ensure that all pre-installed GPSF foundations are in the same horizontal level, if the costs of concrete foundation working hours are not considered, then using GPSF will be the best solution. more projects detail...

Earth Auger (GPEA)


For large-scale construction projects, the use of earth auger as the foundation would be a good solution. Because of setting up Earth Auger requires specialized cnstruction equipment, so the earth auger footing is more suitable for large-scale construction projects (usually more than 600kw). After confirming to use earth auger footing, you will need to test the soil load capacity and get it approved by a local qualified civil engineer.

The truss layout of EzQuik™ grounding system has three kinds of fundation, Ground Foot (GPSF), Post Anchor (GPSA) and Earth Auger (GPEA), are availabe, to select the appropriate one depending on site conditions.













Post Anchor (GPSA)


There are no site requirements needed for GPSA footing. Install this system requires on-site digging and filling in concrete. From traditional installation construction, a lot of work are wasted on positioning the system. Fortunately MSS has designed a special positioning tool, use this tool to locate the brackets becomes arbitrary. After application of proven by multiple projects, concrete foundation and PV panels can be installed almost simultaneously. F-Plier is a self positioning tool especially designed to allocate the POST ANCHOR(GPSA) during the installation. It will shorten the installation time effectively and is particularly suitable for small to medium projects (ideal for projects under 600kw). 

If project larger than 600kw, please considering use EzQuik™ Pole System or selecting Earth Auger as its fundation.

The greatest advantage of using this F Pliers is that the upper mounting can be completed before the completion of the concrete foundation

The Grounding Rail

This is a dedicated rail for solar ground mounting system. With closed layout structure, greater flexural stiffness, and larger support span. Specially designed rail splices can effectively pass through enough bending moments.
